1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account, accessing FailWord, or using its features, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Platform Policies. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement. Do not create an account or use FailWord if you do not satisfy these requirements.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials confidential, and promptly notify support@failword.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

2. Automatic assignments and rewarded viewing

FailWord determines which videos are eligible for an account based on factors such as daily limits, prior same-day completions, content preferences, campaign status, distribution inventory, and administrative settings. The Up Next list is informational only. Users are not entitled to select a specific campaign, change the automatic order, or receive a particular number of assignments.

A displayed reward is eligible to be credited only after the configured viewing requirement is completed and all server-side verification checks succeed. Merely opening a page, starting a player, leaving a tab running, changing client-side code, or sending an API request does not create a right to a reward.

3. Balances, adjustments, and availability

Balances shown in the application represent verified rewards recorded by FailWord. Availability of campaigns, rewards, distribution quantities, and daily limits may change. A campaign may end when its inventory reaches zero, when it is paused, when it is removed for policy reasons, or when its administrator changes its settings.

FailWord may investigate and correct duplicate, erroneous, fraudulent, reversed, or technically invalid credits. Where permitted by law, invalid rewards may be withheld, reversed, or removed. PayPal payout requests require an available balance of at least $10.00 or any higher minimum shown on the payout page. The requested amount is reserved immediately, remains subject to administrator review and fraud checks, and may be rejected and returned to the FailWord balance. PayPal availability, fees, exchange rates, account eligibility, and processing times are controlled by PayPal.

4. Prohibited conduct

• Using bots, scripts, automation, emulators, click farms, or artificial traffic.
• Manipulating timers, network requests, browser storage, sessions, APIs, URLs, player events, or application code.
• Operating multiple accounts to evade limits or receive duplicate rewards.
• Sharing, selling, transferring, or lending an account or login credentials.
• Submitting false age, identity, account, campaign, or support information.
• Interfering with platform security, availability, other users, campaign inventory, or verification systems.
• Using FailWord in violation of law, third-party rights, video-provider rules, or the Platform Policies.

5. Mature content

FailWord is restricted to adult account holders. Mature-content campaigns are additionally hidden by default. Enabling the 18+ setting requires a separate warning acknowledgment. Mature content may contain themes or material unsuitable for some adults. You are responsible for deciding whether to enable it and for preventing unauthorized access to your account or device.

6. Campaign and third-party content

Videos and campaign information may be supplied by advertisers, publishers, administrators, or third-party video platforms. Unless expressly stated, FailWord does not endorse the claims, products, services, or views presented in campaign content. Campaign owners are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to distribute their content and for ensuring their content complies with applicable law and platform rules.

Third-party players, websites, products, and services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. FailWord is not responsible for third-party availability, content, or actions beyond what applicable law requires.

7. Suspension, termination, and changes

FailWord may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect platform security, comply with law, enforce these Terms, or prevent harm. Users may stop using the platform at any time and may contact support regarding account closure.

The platform, features, limits, reward rules, and these Terms may be updated. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If you do not agree to an update, stop using FailWord.

8. Disclaimers and limitation

FailWord is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, a minimum number of campaigns, a minimum reward amount, uninterrupted third-party video playback, or that every device or browser will be compatible. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses is excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Questions about these Terms may be sent to support@failword.com.
