PayPal payout policy

The minimum payout is $10.00, although FailWord may configure a higher minimum. A submitted amount is reserved from the available balance. Requests are reviewed before being sent through PayPal. Duplicate, fraudulent, invalid, or policy-violating earnings may be investigated before payment. Rejected requests are returned to the FailWord balance unless the underlying rewards are reversed for a valid reason.

1. Reward integrity policy

Rewards must reflect genuine, active, verified viewing. FailWord may pause time when a page is hidden, reject a completion when required progress is missing, limit one reward per campaign per user per day, prevent simultaneous claims, and require the assigned video to match the server’s current queue.

Users must not use automation, multiple accounts, modified requests, fake playback events, virtualized traffic, repeated refresh patterns, or any other method intended to create artificial completions. Suspected invalid activity may lead to review, reward reversal, limits, or account suspension.

2. Campaign distribution policy

Campaign administrators may configure a finite distribution quantity or leave a campaign unlimited. A finite campaign’s remaining quantity decreases only after a successful verified reward. When remaining inventory reaches zero, the campaign is no longer eligible for assignment.

Campaign owners must provide accurate titles, descriptions, durations, reward values, content labels, and destination or video URLs. The configured watch duration should reasonably match the material being shown. Campaigns may be paused or removed for technical, legal, safety, quality, or policy reasons.

3. Content standards

Campaign content must not be unlawful, deceptive, malicious, infringing, or designed to compromise a user’s device or account. Content must not impersonate another person or organization, make fraudulent claims, distribute malware, solicit passwords, promote exploitation, or violate the rights of others.

Campaign owners must hold the rights or permissions necessary to use and distribute uploaded or linked material. Content hosted through YouTube, Vimeo, or another provider must also comply with that provider’s rules, including rules concerning incentivized or artificial engagement.

4. 18+ content policy

FailWord accounts are available only to adults age 18 or older. Regular-only mode is the default. After reviewing the warning and confirming adult status, a user may switch to 18+ only mode. In that mode, only videos explicitly marked 18+ are assigned; regular videos are excluded. Switching the mode immediately rebuilds the automatic queue.

Mature labeling is required when material contains adult-oriented themes that may be unsuitable for general audiences. Labeling content as mature does not permit illegal, exploitative, non-consensual, or otherwise prohibited material. Administrators may remove content, change its classification, or disable a campaign when classification is inaccurate or safety concerns arise.

Users should not enable mature content on shared devices or where another person may gain access to the account. Account holders are responsible for securing their password and device.

5. Reporting and enforcement

Report suspected fraud, technical manipulation, rights violations, inaccurate mature-content labels, unsafe content, or account compromise to support@failword.com. Include the campaign title or URL and enough information to investigate.

Enforcement may include warnings, content reclassification, campaign suspension, inventory freezing, reward review, account restrictions, or termination. Decisions may consider severity, repetition, user safety, legal obligations, available evidence, and the need to protect platform integrity.
